Established in 1982 as Gary L. Dyer Consulting Engineers in Coos Bay, Oregon, The Dyer Partnership was incorporated in 1994 under its current name, The Dyer Partnership Engineers & Planners. Today, our team includes 30 dedicated professionals:
  • 13 registered engineers,
  • 1 professional land surveyors,
  • 17 support staff, including survey crews, designers, inspectors, engineers-in-training, and office personnel.

We primarily serve clients along the Oregon Coast, I-5 Corridor, and Eastern Oregon. To better meet our client’s needs, The Dyer Partnership has two additional offices located in Lebanon and Roseburg, Oregon.

City of Molalla - Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements

The City of Molalla’s Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvement Project includes comprehensive planning, preparation of a Predesign Report, full design services, bidding assistance, and construction management. The project is jointly funded through state and federal programs and is designed to increase the plant’s treatment capacity to 8.8 million gallons per day (MGD).

Key project components include upgrades to the existing transfer pump station and storage lagoons, along with construction of a new grit removal system, a four-basin Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR), tertiary filtration, and a non-contact ultraviolet (UV) disinfection system. The project also includes construction of a new operations building housing a biosolids dewatering system, electrical and controls room, blower room, and laboratory and office space.

The project is currently under construction and is anticipated to be completed in Fall 2027.
